When we need to clean V-groove?
Normally this is part of preventive maintenance, that should be followed each six months of use, or when you face motor overrun or motor stoppage, that can be caused by dust that will block fiber moving.
What do we need to clean V-groove
Alcohol bottle
Knife
Dust blowing ball.

Prepare: replacing the electrode, the user needs to “ turn off the power of splicing machine” --- “ Loosen the screw that is fixed to the electrode cover” ---- “remove the electrode”.
Install the new electrode into the electrode slot, install the electrode cover, slowly tighten the screws
After installed, please check Whether the two electrode connecting is within the horizontal plane, while in the vertical surface; if not, please reinstall the electrode.
When finished install, Turn on the power and place the prepared fiber on the welder. Enter Menu page -> select Equipment Maintenance ->
